1. Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received notification of your withdrawal. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction.
2. Early Expiry of Withdrawal Rights for Digital Goods (§ 356(5) BGB / Directive 2011/83/EU)
The statutory right of withdrawal expires prematurely in the case of contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium (such as immediately downloadable WordPress plugins, digital software licenses, or activation keys), if:
- the consumer has expressly agreed that the execution of the contract begins before the expiry of the withdrawal period, and
- the consumer has acknowledged that by giving consent, they lose their right of withdrawal upon commencement of the contract execution, and
- the merchant has provided confirmation of the contract on a durable medium.
