These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the purchase and licensing of software products, subscriptions, and digital downloads between:

These terms apply to both consumers (individuals purchasing for personal or non-commercial use) and commercial businesses.

Product presentations and pricing tiers displayed on our website constitute an invitation to treat and not a legally binding unilateral offer.

By completing the checkout flow via Stripe, you submit a binding offer to purchase the specified software license. The contract is concluded upon payment confirmation and the automated delivery of your digital license key and download link via email.

All software, updates, and license keys are delivered exclusively via digital download and electronic communication.

Upon purchase, Exeebit grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software according to your chosen plan:

• Single Site License: Authorizes activation and use on 1 active WordPress installation. Includes 1 year of continuous updates and standard email support.
• Unlimited Sites License: Authorizes activation on an unlimited number of websites (personal or client sites), white-labeled reporting features, and 1 year of updates and support.
• Lifetime License: Authorizes use on an unlimited number of websites with lifetime access to updates and priority support without recurring renewal fees.

You may not resell, sublicense, rent, redistribute, or publicly distribute your license key or software packages to third parties.

(1) All prices are stated in USD. Pursuant to § 19 UStG (German Small Business Regulation), VAT is not charged or displayed. If applicable, local statutory sales taxes for international buyers are calculated at Stripe checkout.

(2) Payments are processed securely via Stripe (supporting credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay).

(3) Annual Subscriptions: Annual licenses (Single Site, Unlimited Annual) automatically renew each year unless cancelled prior to the renewal date. You can cancel renewals at any time directly through the Stripe customer portal or by emailing support@exeebit.com.

(4) If an annual subscription is cancelled, your installed software remains functional; however, eligibility for automated updates, new feature releases, and technical support ceases at the end of the paid billing cycle.

If the software does not work for your setup, email us at support@exeebit.com within 14 days of purchase, and we will issue a full refund.

(1) Our software is developed in accordance with industry best practices and WordPress coding standards. However, due to the diverse nature of hosting environments, server configurations, and third-party plugins/themes, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation in every configuration.

(2) Exeebit is liable without limitation for damages caused intentionally or by gross negligence, and for injury to life, body, or health.

(3) In cases of slight negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations) and restricted to foreseeable, contract-typical damages.

(4) Customers are responsible for maintaining regular backups of their servers and WordPress databases.

(1) These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence remain unaffected.

(2) For commercial merchants, public law entities, or special funds under public law, the exclusive place of jurisdiction for all disputes shall be the registered seat of Exeebit (Soest / Paderborn, Germany).
